Chef Aimee Morrow

I’ve lived across this country, and traveled the world, collecting flavor combinations and cooking methods from many cultures and cuisines. My style is healthy, feel good food, using high quality and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, infusing and elevating flavors with the unexpected. I am always taking inspiration from what is available and growing around me, and enjoy incorporating and educating on lesser known native and medicinal plants. In my world, food is love.

Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, serving El Paso County, Teller County, the Front Range, Denver, and beyond.

“Aimee and her team did an amazing job catering our wedding!  The food was timely and delicious and exactly what we were looking for.  She listened to my thoughts about our food preferences and created a menu that was creative and unique.  Having hand made chocolates was such a treat for our guests.  The team kept things moving through the reception and covered everything from set up to take down and clean up.  They made it so easy for us!  Aimee also worked with me on budget allowing us to do some of the menial chores to make pricing feasible for us.  I would highly recommend Aimee and her team!”

“Aimee, from Nourish Culinary Arts and Soulever Chocolates, was the personal chef for my daughter’s destination wedding in Colorado.  This was our first experience with a personal chef. She was extremely easy to work with and was very responsive to the requests of the bride and groom.  The meal was made “from scratch” with all fresh ingredients with a wide variety of Mediterranean food.  Aimee was very flexible with the space she was given and was able to create a beautiful display for our guests.  I am so thankful to Aimee for making the dreams of an intimate wedding supper possible for our bride and groom. It was everything that we had hoped for and more!”

“I recently hosted a retreat in Manitou Springs for 10 of our clients, several with special dietary needs, and Chef Aimee was simply wonderful to work with!   We had a continental breakfast each day with farm-fresh hard-boiled eggs, homemade pesto, a variety of breads, Greek and dairy-free yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and so much more!  Lunches were usually a soup and a salad and again, everything was so delicious and fresh.  Dinners and deserts were no exception!

After we arrived I learned that one of our participants was gluten-free and Aimee cheerfully accommodated, making special desserts, scones, and other foods for her without any advance notice.

My group and I were extremely pleased with Aimee's service and the quality of the meals she prepared!  We could not have asked for a better culinary experience - I highly recommend Chef Aimee!! 10/10!”
